There was nothing to go over in the punch list at the end of the project due to their level of craftsmanship and perfectionism.. it was unbelievable. Billy really listens to your ideas/vision, hand holds you through the process with care and concern adding much of his learned wisdom and is as excited as you are to see the final superb and detailed results! Renovations by nature are stressful, Billy’s demeanor makes it calm, informative and you look forward to all of it with joy. In NYC it is very hard to find someone trustworthy and that means what they say in terms of budget and schedule. Billy and his team delivered on both, regarding time and budget. If I could, I would give Billy and every member of his crew 10 stars!!!! This is my second time contracting work with Billy and both jobs have been exceptional in every way. Billy and his team of experts are polite, on time, extremely detailed in their work, generous with suggestions, ask questions, check in regularly, and even clean up at the end of each day! Billy also checks in each day on all aspects of the work and is in constant communication. I'm over the moon with the work they just finished on my condo in Brooklyn!!!!! Billy's wallpaper specialists papered two walls in two rooms with very high ceilings and matched the patterns perfectly at every seam. They took extra care with the corners and around the windows which were super tricky. His painters did a spectacular detailed job with all the baseboards, doors, trim and a full accent wall. Perfection!!! I recommend Billy and his team without reservation! You will love working with them!

Billy and his team were great to work with. He came highly recommended by my real estate broker at Corcoran. After interviewing and getting several estimates from contractors, I decided to work with Billy and MCG Corp. They have obviously worked on apts in co-op buildings with stringent rules and were totally prepared to handle all the co-op’s special requests. The job was very straight forward: redoing the existing wood floors and painting the whole apt. There were also some minor miscellaneous things like moving some light fixtures, putting up a shelf in a closet, and repairing an electrical outlet and light switch. Billy communicated very clearly and proactively about the project, the timing, the costs, etc. He has integrity - he and his team did exactly what they said they would in the expected time frame. They always showed up when they said they would and did what they said they were going to do. The work turned out great - I was extremely pleased. The old oak floors looked much better than I imagined. The painting also turned out great and achieved the desired effect. They were very careful when doing the work and covered up anything that wasn’t being painted to avoid splashes and drips. They were similarly careful when doing the floors. I would highly recommend MCG and Billy.
