Choose a borough

• New York City overview

  Based on the Upper West Side, working in all five boroughs. The building decides more about a New York renovation than the borough does, so that is where we start.

• Manhattan

  Our office is on Central Park West. Most of our Manhattan work is in prewar co-ops and condos, where the board package matters as much as the build.

• Brooklyn

  Brownstones, townhouses, co-ops and condos. Brooklyn renovations often mean old structure and landmark districts, and we plan for both.

• Queens

  Condos and co-ops in Forest Hills and Long Island City, attached and detached houses everywhere else.

• The Bronx

  Multi-family houses, co-ops and apartment buildings. Unit renovations, kitchens and bathrooms, done to a schedule that keeps tenants and owners on side.

• Staten Island

  Single-family houses with yards, basements and room to grow: kitchens, bathrooms, decks, basements and additions.
